This workshop invites you to tap into the untamed energy of the animal kingdom while being supported by  the lush, grounding essence of fauna. Perfect for absolute beginners and anyone curious about embodied sensual movement, Feral is a playful, immersive experience that connects you to your most instinctive self.

We’ll begin with a grounding, sensually somatic warm-up to root you in the moment, drawing inspiration from the natural world around us.

From there, you’ll be guided through prompts that invite you to play with feral, animalistic energy and movement. Think prowling and stretching like a cat, slinking like a snake and flowing like the wind through trees. Just as animals and nature exist unapologetically, you’ll learn to move in a way that feels authentic and sexy, just for you.

This is not about performance, it’s about connection  to your body, your instincts, and the wild, untamed energy that lives within you.
