No Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personal nature of fragrance preferences and our strict standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any candles, fragrance products, or personal care items.

If you’re unsure about a fragrance, we recommend ordering our Fragrance Discovery Box, which includes all 10 signature scents plus our current seasonal fragrances. This is a great way to explore our collection and discover your favorites before purchasing full-size products.

Damaged Products

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your candles arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@astraandarrow.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

Clear photos of the damaged product(s)

Clear photos of the outer shipping box, including the shipping label

Your order number and full name

We will respond within 1-2 business days to help resolve the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after they are submitted. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
